Dear Roberta,

You're right about the importance of having a positive (and action-oriented) attitude. In these trying times, it takes extra effort to remain focused, determined, and optimistic. As I frequently remind my clients, it's well worth the effort. It pays off in greater productivity, creativity, satisfaction, and success!

I hate to say it, but it seems like people are waiting for some "light switch" to be thrown, and things go back to normal. This economy won't turn around like that. It will change, "One person at a time." I like your attitude. Channeling toward the positive will affect this one person change.
